Graham Further to our discussion, both Jo and I have looked at the site and are impressed with its potential. Everything that we would need is there. This is information that we sometimes find it hard to obtain in the conventional manner, either because it isn't readily available or because each request requires something additional. If everything is available from one source from Day 1 then it makes everything so much easier to promote a show. Our only suggestion is for items such as photos and adverts to be accessible by the press themselves. We have sometimes experienced difficulties with e-mailing photographs to the press, but if we were able to direct a journalist to this site in such cases it would, possibly, solve that problem. Maybe some sort of password protection that could be passed on to press only?? A further development might be to place radio interviews of broadcast quality on the site that radio presenters could simply download and broadcast (certainly useful in the case of stars with hectic schedules). Whilst we wouldn't want to completely lose hard copies of photographs, this facility would definitely be a tremendous help in obtaining the necessary bits and pieces to adequately market productions. Best wishes with its development, Paul Driscoll. Marketing Manager, Cliffs Pavilion Southend-on-Sea.
